I just invented this recipe this week. We had it for breakfast this one morning and just now I had some for my snack....and seems like it does work to increase my breastmilk. (Ye lah, the other time I had for breakfast, I tot I syok sendiri aje pasal cekodok tu..konon increase BM. But since I had it just now, tetibe boobs rasa berat. So it should mean its works in increasing my BM kan?)
Bahan2 dia macam buat pancake and cekodok jugak.
-1cup flour
-1/2 cup oats
-2 eggs
-2tsp sugar
-pinch of salt
-some fresh milk just enough to make the batter cair cam batter cekodok
-some vanilla essence if you like bau lemak wangi-wangi.
So just mix the ingredients sebati and deep fry til golden brown.
For serving, just drizzle some honey on it..Yummy makan panas2. Jangan biarkan sejuk coz nanti liat & keras. Naya tercabut gigi pulak.

dbalkis-->sama taste la suami kita. sah bleh geng diorang tu.
try la edamame, kalo susu tak byk pun tak rugi makan coz sedap & berkhasiat.
selalu gak buat.. masuk je apa bhn yg ade..;) memang bagus utk supply susu.. normally kalo lepas bancuh tu, tinggalkan dlm 1/2 - 1 jam sblm dimasak.. supaya butter tu 'naik'.. Insya Allah, bila dah sejuk xde lah keras & liat sgt..
anak2 suka makan dgn mayo + sos.
menariknya, since i pon tak berapa ada appetite makan usual recipe of oat tu bolela try dis recipe..tq=)

reitak--> its all about experimenting with oat. i even made savoru porridge using chicken soup+oat. yummy especially during winter. :D edamame might work coz of its high protein. it works wonders for me.

kakyong sebenarnya tak suka bau soda bikarbonat @ baking powder.. walaupun sikit tp bau nya len macam jer... huhuuu..
tu pasal, kalo nak buat cucur, bancuh butter pagi2.. simpan tepi (tak masuk peti ais) brg 1/2 - 1 jam.. pastu baru goreng.. kalo x habis leh simpan peti ais..
kalo dan2 tu bancuh & dan2 tu nak goreng.. memang le x sempat butter tu nak kembang sebati dgn telur.. ;)
tp kalo dah rasanya sedap.. keras pun tetap sedap... hikhikhik... leh perangat dlm microwave... ;)
