Onigiri For My Fussy Eater

Seperti sedia maklum most kids are fussy eater and Miya adalah salah sorang dari those kids yang makan ikut mood.

So whatever Mama sediakan wajiblah mengandungi concentrated nutrition. With this, eventho Miya makan sikit, dia dah dapat banyak khasiat from it.

Among the stuff yang Mama buat and Miya suka very much is....... Miya Monster Onigiri!


Its actually just onigiri yang Mama pandai-pandai improvise.

Bahan-bahannya:

-½ cup short grain rice

-1pc shitake mushroom (cut into small pieces)

-1inch x 2inch dried seaweed sheet (cut into small pieces)

-1 cup salted coldwater (tiny pinch of salt only)



Cara-caranya:

1) Cook the nasi macam masak nasi biasa.

2) Gaulkan nasi panas dengan mushroom & seaweed.

3) Let it sit for a while until warm.

4) Basahkan tangan dengan bancuhan air garam (helps from the rice sticking to our hands while molding) & gumpalkan the rice mixture into small ball or triangle (ikut apa saja bentuk yang boleh attract anak untuk cuba makan).

5) Serve kepada anak & kata its a magic rice ball. Kena cuba baru tau magic dia.

tu ah i rasa i makin kretip sbb nk kasik sami makan hahahaha.. bese i buat masakan ala jawa.. dulu kecik2 mkn nasik kosong.. kicap telo goreng & bilis goreng pon dh sedap. last nite i buat tumis bilis american style (hamboiii over!) just utk sami

1. masak nasik faiza herbaponi'
2. saute kan capsicum, fresh mushroom, onion, goreng kering bilis (xdek minyak), scramble egg (tapi xletak susu sbb xdek susu)& rebus potato & carrot. bahan2 nih i tumis balik ngan olive oil (hamboi kalu utk anak tu sume nk healthy hahahaha cuba kalu utk diri sdr.. goreng minyak cam bleh mandi)

so jadik la sambal tumis bilis tuh yg xpedas, sedap & healthy.. cam bese mkn cam org jawa gak la.. gaul ngan nasik suap .. ermm sedap mami..dgn capsicum tuh dia mkn.. fuhh seb beik..

pagi nih kul 6.30am dia mintak mkn nasik tp i xsempat dh nk suap dia.. sian..

utk baby SN setakat ni feveret food dia strawberry + pisang yang blender.
why dont utk miya u buat fruit salad letak dlm high glass yg plastik tu, mcm high glass aiskrim tu ... kalau warna warni meriah buah2 tu kot2 dia tertarik ;)

ely--> best tu recipe. kalo masak tu 1 whole family bleh makan. tp papa miya mesti mintak cili potong..ahahhahahha..

yatie--> miya tak fancy fresh fruit. tak tau napa dia mesti geli geleman, except for mango. tu ok..kalo fruit lain, dia lauh blk. pelik tu biasa i'll make milk shake or blend dgn yogurt, laju aje.
